My Story
I am the daughter of a woodsman and a wise woman who always told me,
"Do what makes you happy and the money will be there."
It took me a while to figure out what that meant, but making things and nature have proven over and over to be it. I opened a working studio boutique on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2015 and began my career as a silversmith. I am mostly self taught, having only taken one class in High School, which was many moons ago.
The Big Island called me out in 2005 from the hill towns of Western Massachusetts, where I grew up riding horses and playing in the woods. Nature has always been an inspiration and refuge for me and I have found the woods and the ocean, although different, both inspire me with their beauty.
I never expected to be living on an Island, surfing and making jewelry, but I am very content with the way things are going and thank all my customers, new and old, for the support which allows me to live this happy life.
